    THE 50th anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan will be observed in more than a dozen Tasmanian cities and towns on Vietnam Veterans Day tomorrow.There has been a small increase in the number of commemorative services this year, despite several North-Western venues deciding to combine for the Mersey-Leven service at Devonport.Originally known as Long Tan Day, Vietnam Veterans Day on August 18 now acknowledges the service and sacrifices of all Australians and New Zealanders who served in Vietnam.T..
