  • Midland Highway reopens after two-car crash

    ONE person has been hurt in a two-car crash at Perth, just outside of Launceston.In a statement issued about 7.40am today, Tasmania Police said emergency crews were at the scene of the accident and the highway had been closed at Youl Rd for northbound traffic.Officers said one person had been taken to hospital but their condition was not believed to be serious.Motorists were advised to avoid this area until further notice.The highway was reopened to traffic about 8.15am.Other Stories
